PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for increasing thermal stability of dibutylhydroxytoluene and inhibiting a temporal decrease of its content in a liquid drug containing dibutylhydroxytoluene and pranoprofen and/or a salt thereof.SOLUTION: Thermal stability of dibutylhydroxytoluene in a liquid drug can be increased, as well as adsorption of dibutylhydroxytoluene to a container can be inhibited and thereby the temporal decrease of its content can be inhibited by compounding organic amine with a hydroxyl group, citric acid, and/or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt of citric acid into a liquid drug containing dibutylhydroxytoluene and pranoprofen and/or a salt thereof, and employing a resin containing polybutylene terephthalate as the resin constituting a surface of an inner wall (a wall surface of an interior space in an expulsion section and/or a wall surface of a lid which faces an expulsion outlet of the expulsion section, or the like) of the container.【課題】本発明の目的は、ジブチルヒドロキシトルエンとプラノプロフェン及び／又はその塩を含む液剤において、ジブチルヒドロキシトルエンの熱安定性を高め、その含有量の経時的な低下を抑制する技術を提供することである。【解決手段】ジブチルヒドロキシトルエンとプラノプロフェン及び／又はその塩を含む液剤に、水酸基を有する有機アミン、クエン酸、及び／又はクエン酸の薬学的に許容される塩を配合し、且つ、収容する容器として、その内壁面（注出部の内部空間の壁面及び／又は蓋部において注出部の注出口と対向する壁面等）を構成する樹脂として、ポリブチレンテレフタレートを含む樹脂を採用することにより、液剤中のジブチルヒドロキシトルエンの熱安定性を高めると共に、ジブチルヒドロキシトルエンの容器への吸着を抑制して、その含有量の経時的な低下を抑制できる。【選択図】なし
