This invention is a surgery instruments holding-assisted device fixed in the surgical area. It included three parts: a plane-strutting mechanism which has a platform strutted by a pillar and two rotatable sticks for fixation set at both ends a height-controlling mechanism, which has a main pillar and guidance frame of the pillar a instrument-fixing mechanism, which has supporting arm levers in upper and lower side, and there are many fixation control bumps on the levers.The main pillar of height-controlling mechanism is supported by two rotatable sticks of plane-strutting mechanism, and changes its height by moving main pillar through guidance frame. Instrument-fixing mechanism is connected onto guidance frame, and the front and rear parts of surgical instruments are supported by upper and lower arm levers respectively.
