PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tape type disposable diaper having a stretchable part.SOLUTION: A tape type disposable diaper has stretchable tapes that can expand and contract at both side parts of a back body of a paper diaper body. In the stretchable tape, an elastic film that can expand and contract at least in a longitudinal direction is laminated between a first sheet layer having no elasticity and a second sheet layer. The first sheet layer and the second sheet layer are joined directly or through the elastic film at a plurality of junctions with intervals. The stretchable tape 1 can be contracted by a contractive force of the elastic film and expanded by applying an external force in a width direction of an article. Because the junction area ratio occupied by the total area of the junctions included in a unit area is different between areas A, B, stretch stress differs between the areas A, B.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 16
