Disclosed herein are safened herbicidal compositions comprising (a) a pyridine carboxylic acid herbicide, or an agriculturally acceptable N-oxide, salt or ester thereof, and (b) an azole carboxylate safener, or agriculturally acceptable salt or ester thereof.
