PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drainage tool capable of efficiently draining a liquid accumulated in a lid fissure to outside thereof.SOLUTION: A drainage tool 100 for draining a liquid accumulated in a lid fissure to outside thereof, comprises: a hook part 101 which is bent in a hook-shape to be hooked to an eyelid edge or a medical drape and a body part 102 which extends from the hook part, and drains the liquid introduced by the hook part. The body part has a belly part 103 and a tail part 104, and the liquid is made pass a gap between an eyelid edge side surface of the belly part and the eyelid edge or the medical drape, then after the liquid arrives at a surface of the tail part, the liquid is drained.
