It has been found that the phosphatidylserine powder compositions of the present invention provide a more homogeneous dispersion compared to conventional phosphatidylserine powders when mixed without any treatment by high pressure homogenization in water or other liquids and exhibit reduced precipitation. The composition of the present invention comprises phosphatidylserine, and 80% (w / w) or more of the composition has a particle size of 500 microns or less. A nutritional, nutritional supplement, or pharmaceutical composition comprising the phosphatidylserine powder composition of the present invention is also provided.
