<；P>；PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition which increases an amount of hyaluronan in body tissues, particularly a skin. <；P>；SOLUTION: An oral antiaging agent comprises a hyaluronan production-enhancing agent containing thioctic acids and a chitin hydrolysate as active ingredients, wherein the thioctic acids are desirably thioctic acid, a derivative of the thioctic acid, a lipid coated material thereof, and a duplex-coated material which is prepared by additionally coating the lipid coated material with a hydrophilic substance, and the chitin hydrolysate is desirably an N-acetyl-D-glucosamine or an N-acetylchitooligosaccharide. Also, the present invention provides a beautification method for improving and/or preventing symptoms of aging of the skin, wherein the thioctic acids and the chitin hydrolysate are orally taken, and the hyaluronan production in skin tissues is enhanced. <；P>；COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
