PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cervical spine collar that is better to hold a head, to use, and has better feeling to wear compared to the conventional one.SOLUTION: A cervical spine collar 101 is provided to be used for a cervical spine holding a human head, the cervical spine collar 101 including: a band shaped core material of three-dimensional fiber structure 111 that is made by forming random loops of a fiber material 111a made from a thermoplastic elastic resin and fusing the most part of the contact part of each loop and a surface material 121 for wrapping the core material.
