According to the present invention, there is also provided a method comprising administering to a subject a therapeutically effective amount of a non-replicating adenovirus vector. Here, the vector comprises a polynucleotide comprising a fas-chimera transgene transcriptionally linked to a murine pre-proendothelin promoter.
