The composition, a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof or a pharmaceutical composition containing the same, of the present invention, induces the formation of a modified HSP27 dimer so as to reduce the formation of a normal HSP27 multimer, thereby inhibiting the function of HSP27 as a chaperone.
