The present invention relates to a peptide AESIS-1P3 for skin regeneration or wound treatment, and uses thereof. A novel synthetic peptide (AESIS-1P3) according to the present invention has high antigenicity, overcomes limitations of an existing polymer protein material drug which exhibits side effects, and at the same time has an excellent skin regeneration and wound treatment effects.
