PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical system which enables an ultrasonic wave to effectively act on a living body for developing or newly forming a blood vessel.SOLUTION: A medical system 15 for improving the ischemic state of the heart by developing or newly forming at least one of a coronary artery and minute blood vessels extending from the coronary artery comprises a medical device 1 including a sheath 2 which can be inserted to the coronary artery or coronary vein percutaneously and an irradiation part 4 which is provided on a distal side of the sheath 2 and can emit an ultrasonic wave, a detection part 16 which can detect the ultrasonic wave emitted from the irradiation part 4, and a control part 79 which adjusts the output condition of the ultrasonic wave from the irradiation part 4 on the basis of the signal detected by the detection part 16.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 18COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
