PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waist supporter capable of restricting movements of the waist part without pressing the abdominal part.SOLUTION: A waist supporter 1 is stuck onto a waist part W of a human body and restricts movements of the waist part W, including: a bone member 2 having an elastic restoration force； and a sticking member 3 for sticking the bone member 2 to the waist part W.
