The present invention provides for uses of an anti-TNF.alpha. antibody or anantigen-binding fragment thereof for the manufacture of a medicament for usein the treatment of asthma or airway inflammation in an individual in needthereof. The present invention also provides for use of an anti-TNF.alpha.antibody or an antigen-binding fragment thereof for the manufacture of amedicament of use in reducing accumulation in lungs of inflammatory cells inan individual in need thereof.
