PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic diagnostic equipment capable of displaying a blood flow image accurately showing a direction of a blood flow by a contrast echo method, and displaying an ultrasonic image allowing clear distinction among the blood flow, an actual tissue photographed by a contrast medium and a tissue not photographed by the contrast medium.SOLUTION: In this equipment, a phase inversion method is executed by low MI transmission to generate a B mode image, a velocity signal image and a power signal image. Signal values of a B mode signal B, a velocity signal V and a power signal P are compared in each pixel. The B signal value in the tissue not photographed by the contrast medium is displayed in gray, the values P, V in the actual tissue photographed by the contrast medium are displayed in dark greenish color, the values P, V in the slow blood flow of a vein or the like are displayed in bright greenish color, and the values P, V in the fast blood flow of an artery or the like are displayed in reddish or blueish color according to a direction.COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO【課題】 コントラストエコー法において、正しく血流の方向を表す血流画像を表示することができ、また、血流、実質染影、染影されない組織とを明確に区別可能な超音波画像を表示する超音波診断装置を提供すること。【解決手段】 低MI送信でフェーズインバージョン法を行い、Bモード像、速度信号像、パワー信号像を作成する。画素毎にBモード信号B、速度信号V、パワー信号Pの信号値を比較する。染影されない組織はBの信号値を灰色で、染影された実質組織は、P、Vの値を暗い緑系で、静脈等の遅い血流はP、Vの値を明るい緑系で、動脈等の速い血流はP、Vの値を方向により赤系、青系で表示する。
