More specifically, an enzyme activity of a hatching enzyme of starfish is found and a condition for maximum activity of the enzyme is set, and the enzyme has hydrolysis activity of type ¦；collagen which causes keloid or scar to have an effect of being used as a cosmetic composition for treating and preventing keloid or scar.본 발명은 불가사리 부화액 추출물에서 분리 및 정제한 신규한 부화 효소에 관한 것으로, 더욱 구체적으로는 상기 불가사리 부화 효소의 효소 역가를 확인하고, 효소의 최대 역가 조건을 수립하였으며, 상기 효소가 켈로이드 또는 흉터의 원인이 되는 타입 Ⅰ 콜라겐의 가수분해 역가를 가지므로, 켈로이드 또는 흉터의 치료 또는 예방용 화장료 조성물로 이용 가능한 효과가 있다.
