Cyclotetrapeptides of formula (I) or their pharmaceutically acceptable salts, cyclo[Arg-Asp-(beta-Lactam)] (I) wherein (beta-Lactam) is a biradical of the formula (II) wherein the terminal NH group of the (beta-Lactam) is attached to the α- carbonyl group of the aspartic residue (Asp), and the terminal carbonyl group of the (beta-Lactam) is attached to the α-amino group the arginine residue (Arg) processes for their preparation, and pharmaceutical compositions containing them, as well as their use in human and animal therapy.Linvention concerne des cyclotétrapeptides représentés par la formule (I), ou leurs sels de qualité pharmaceutique, cyclo[Arg-Asp-(bêta-Lactame)] (I), dans laquelle (bêta-Lactame) représente un biradical de formule (II) où le groupe NH terminal du (bêta-Lactame) est lié au groupe α- carbonyle du résidu aspartique (Asp), et le groupe carbonyle terminal du (bêta-Lactame) est lié au groupe α-amino du résidu arginine (Arg) linvention concernant par ailleurs des procédés de préparation de ces cyclotétrapeptides, des compositions pharmaceutiques contenant ces derniers, ainsi que leur utilisation en thérapie humaine et animale.
