The method for preparing Exenatide of the present invention inhibits the formation of D-His-Exenatide, and thereby improves the yield and purity of Exenatide.La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation dexénatide. Une résine de sérine est obtenue par le biais dun premier couplage de sérine et de résine puis avec des acides aminés par le biais dun deuxième couplage pour obtenir une résine peptidique de séquence SEQ ID n° 1 la résine dexénatide est obtenue par le biais dun troisième couplage entre de lhistidine contenant un groupe protecteur ou ses sels et la résine peptidique de séquence SEQ ID n° 1, puis un craquage et une purification permettent dobtenir un peptide dexénatide purifié. Le procédé de préparation dexénatide de la présente invention inhibe la formation de D-His-exénatide, améliorant donc le rendement et la pureté de lexénatide.
