The present invention relates to a buoy using outer tubes into which buoyant bodies are inserted and a method of manufacturing the same and, more specifically, to a buoy using outer tubes into which buoyant bodies are inserted, which has outer tubes of a cylindrical shape for forming a buoy continuously formed by supplying three straight members, is filled with buoyant bodies inside the outer tubes by supplying the same, and is capable of molding a buoy used for multiple purposes by coating corners where the outer tubes and side caps meet using a welding member and welding the coated corners after finishing both front ends with the side caps, and to a method of manufacturing the buoy. According to the present invention, buoyant bodies are supplied to the cylindrical inside of the buoy, and the buoy is finished by covering side caps over both sides. The buoy includes smooth outer tubes of a cylindrical shape having a hollow part formed in a spiral shape with a part overlapped by continuously supplying first, second and third members, the hollow part is filled with a plurality of buoyant bodies, and side caps are formed at both front ends of the outer tubes. Also, corners where the side caps meet at the both front ends of the outer tubes, a corner welding member is supplied in a cylindrical shape to weld the corners, thereby molding a buoy.본 발명은 부력체가 삽입되는 외경관을 이용한 부표와 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 부표를 성형하기 위한 원통형의 외경관을 3개의 일자형 부재를 공급해 연속해서 성형하고, 상기 외경관의 내부에 부력체를 공급해 채우며, 양쪽 선단을 측면 캡으로 마감한 후 외경관과 측면캡이 만나는 코너를 용접부재로 코팅해 용접함으로써 다양한 용도로 사용하는 부표를 성형할 수 있도록 하는 부력체가 삽입되는 외경관을 이용한 부표와 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다.이러한 본 발명은 원통형의 내부에 부력체가 공급되고 양쪽으로 측면캡을 씌워 마감하는 부표에 있어서,제1, 2, 3 부재가 연속 공급되어 일부가 겹치면서 나선형으로 성형되어 중공을 갖는 원통형의 평활한 외경관을 포함하고,상기 중공에 다수개의 부력체를 채워넣은 후 외경관의 양쪽 선단에 측면캡을 형성하며,상기 외경관의 양쪽 선단에서 측면캡이 만나는 부분에 코너 용접부재를 원통형으로 공급해 용접하여 부표를 성형하는 것을 특징으로 하는 것이다.
