Provided is an ultrasound therapeutic device (100) comprising: a single ultrasound array for therapy (20) which projects ultrasonic waves for therapy upon a subject (10) and an ultrasound array for image capture (30) which is layered over a prescribed region (21) on the single ultrasound array for therapy (20) and projects ultrasonic waves for image capture upon the subject (10) and receives a reflection of the ultrasonic waves for image capture. The device has a structure wherein sonic adjustment members (40) which have a prescribed density are layered over non-layering regions (22) of the ultrasound array for therapy (20) so that the difference in sound path lengths from the non-layering region (22) and the prescribed region (21) to the subject (10) is cancelled, said non-layering regions being regions where the ultrasound array for image capture (30) is not layered.
