PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seating device of a stair lift capable of improving safety in lifting, by stably holding a posture of a user, by preventing careless leg displacement of the user.SOLUTION: A seat plate 24 is rotatably arranged around the first axis L1 via a base on a lift body 9 liftably driven along a guide rail 8. A back board 28 is fixed, and first and second belt parts 25 and 26 are rotatably arranged around the second and third axes L2 and L3 between a side part near a wall 7 of the seat plate 24 and a lower end of the back board 28. A winder 62 storing a seat belt 62 is installed in a loose end of the second belt part 26, and a fastener 60 is installed in a loose end of the first belt 25.
