FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical equipment, namely to circular suturing instruments, and in particular, to reusable circular suturing instrument of open type. Circular suturing instrument comprises drive shaft of reciprocal action, trigger rod, handle with trigger, bearing cover and shaft assembly, detachably connected to handle. Drive shaft of reciprocating action has hooking element on tip of drive shaft of reciprocating action and threaded adjustment element on basis of drive shaft of reciprocating action. Trigger rod makes hooking groove and has engaging shaft forming a hole, through which tip of drive shaft of reciprocating action passes. Handle with trigger forms cavity to receive trigger rod and drive shaft of reciprocating action, wherein upper end of trigger mechanism interacts with hooking groove and fixes trigger rod and drive shaft of reciprocating action inside handle cavity. Bearing cover closes part of trigger rod and drive shaft of reciprocal action. Method of assembling of said circular suturing instrument, in which drive shaft of reciprocating action is detachably fixed inside handle cavity, drive shaft of reciprocating action is partly closed inside handle cavity with bearing cover and shaft assembly is detachably connected with handle.
