Provided is a method for dyeing hair, the method including the steps of discharging a first agent and a second agent from the respective containers of an aerosol foam hair dye composed of a first agent and a second agent described below, applying the discharged agents to hair, and then refoaming the agents on the hair: A first agent contained in a first aerosol container, including a first agent liquid concentrate containing components (A), (C) and (D), and a propellant: (A) an alkali agent, (C) a surfactant, and (D) water； and A second agent contained in a second aerosol container, including a second agent liquid concentrate containing components (B), (C) and (D), and a propellant: (B) hydrogen peroxide, (C) a surfactant, and (D) water.
