PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a patch in which a plaster layer containing an acrylic adhesive as an adhesive has an excellent anchoring property to a support, and which is not peeled from during adhesion to skin, can easily be peeled from the skin, little irritates the skin, and can suitably be used at a site needing stretchability.SOLUTION: This patch comprising a plaster layer integrally laminated to one side of a support comprising a non-woven fabric, a woven fabric or a knitted fabric is characterized in that the plaster layer comprises 0.1 to 10 wt.% of an acidic antiphlogistic-sedative action medicine or a salt thereof, 0.5 to 20 wt.% of polyethylene glycol having a number-average mol.wt. of &le10,000, 5 to 30 wt.% of a diester of a &le3C aliphatic alcohol with a &le10C aliphatic dicarboxylic acid, and an acrylic adhesive.COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT【課題】本発明は、粘着剤としてアクリル系粘着剤を含有する膏体層が支持体に対して優れた投錨性を有し、皮膚への貼着中に剥がれがない一方、皮膚からの剥離を容易に行え、皮膚刺激が少なく、伸縮性を必要とする部位に好適に用いることができる貼付剤を提供する。【解決手段】 本発明の貼付剤は、不織布、織布又は編布からなる支持体の一面に膏体層が積層一体化されてなる貼付剤であって、上記膏体層は、酸性の消炎鎮痛作用薬物又はその塩0.1~10重量%と、数平均分子量1万以下のポリエチレングリコール0.5~20重量%と、炭素数が10以下の脂肪族ジカルボン酸と炭素数が3以下の脂肪族アルコールとのジエステル体5~30重量%と、アクリル系粘着剤とを含有していることを特徴とする。【選択図】 なし
