The present invention relates to a hydrogel comprising refined mandarin peels or orange peels, a lamination sheet thereof, and a preparing method therefor. More specifically, the present invention relates to a hydrogel comprising: 20-60 wt% of wet-refined mandarin peels or orange peels； 0.5-10 wt% of a gellant ； 38-78 wt% of water or cosmetic water； and 0.1-2 wt% of at least one additive selected from the group consisting of a thickener, a moisturizer, and a preservative, to a preparing method for the hydrogel, to a lamination sheet of the hydrogel, and to a method for manufacturing the hydrogel lamination sheet.La présente invention concerne un hydrogel comprenant des zestes de mandarine ou d'orange raffinés, une feuille de stratification associée, et son procédé de préparation.
