The present invention belongs to the emergency treatment field of critically ill patients and involves a pharmaceutical composition used to treat coagulation disorder hemorrhage and its purpose and methods to treat the patients bleeding due to coagulation disorder. Containing L-ornithine 0.5∼8g, aspartic acid 1∼5g, arginine 3~10g and vitamin B6 3-10g per unit, the pharmaceutical composition is effective in treating the hemorrhagic patients caused by coagulation dysfunction, especially in treating critically ill patients.
