The present invention is to provide a pharmaceutical composition that provides Cefadroxil with an enhanced activity in combination with clavulanic acid. In the present invention the Cefadroxil or its hydrates, salts or esters acts as an active ingredient whereas clavulanic acid present as an antibiotic adjuvant as either immediate release or controlled release part which enhances antimicrobial activity.
