PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sperm collecting device in which a pressing tool is provided in a case so that the pressing tool can be pressed with fingers and returned to its original position by the elastic force of a cylindrical part in order to solve the problem that a structure for attaching a pressing tool to a case is complicated in such a sperm collecting device and therefore its manufacturing cost is high.SOLUTION: A sperm collecting device includes: a cylindrical sperm receiving container which is made of an elastic material and includes an inserting opening and an inserting path into which a penis can be inserted and a case. The case has an opening in a wall surface thereof in the longitudinal direction. In the opening, a pressing tool is provided for pressing the sperm receiving container. An elastic body is provided for connecting the pressing tool and the opening so that the pressing tool can be pressed with finger and returned to its original position by the expansion and contraction of the elastic body. Because the pressing tool is connected to the opening of the case through the elastic body, the structure for attaching the pressing tool to the case becomes simpler and therefore the sperm collecting device can be manufactured at lower cost.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】 ケースに押圧具を、指で指圧し得るように且つ筒状部の弾力により元の位置に戻るように設けるのであるが、押圧具を取り付けるための構造が複雑になり、製造コストが高いものとなっていた。【解決手段】 そこで陰茎が挿入可能な挿入口と挿入道とを有する柔軟な素材から成る筒状の精子受けとこのケースとから成り、このケースの壁面にはその長手方向に開口部を有し、この開口部の中に前記精子受けを押すための押圧具が有り、この押圧具を指圧し得るように且つ伸縮によって元の位置に戻るようにすべく、この押圧具と前記開口部との間を繋ぐ伸縮体を設けて成る精子採取器とした。押圧具がケースの開口部に伸縮体を介して接続されていることによって、構造はより簡単なものとなり比較的低コストで製造することが出来るようになった。【選択図】図1
