PURPOSE: A laser hair treatment device is provided to prevent damage to hair, maintain healthy hair, and to save energy by using thermoelectric elements. CONSTITUTION: A laser hair treatment device comprises an outlet(10), a laser fixing unit(30), a laser generator(40), a thermoelectric element(50), a heat sink(55), a main housing(70), and a second housing(72). The outlet is formed in a pipe shape. The length of the lower part of the outlet is shorter than that of the upper part of the outlet. The laser fixing unit is installed in one side end of the main housing. The laser fixing unit has a ring shape in which a plurality of fixed holes is equipped. The thermoelectric element is installed to the upper end of the main housing and is mounted in the border of a main housing and a second housing. The heat sink is attached to both sides of the thermoelectric element. In the main housing, a space is formed. The second housing is equipped in one side of the main housing.본 발명은 레이저 모발관리기에 관한 것이다. 보다 상세하게는 열전소자의 냉면에 부착된 히트싱크와 모터에 의해 구동되는 송풍팬의 송풍이 결합하여 토출구로 냉풍을 발생시키고, 열전소자 열면의 열기는 환기팬에 의해 대기중으로 방출하며, 토출구에 결합된 레이저 발생부에 의해 냉풍과 함께 저주파 레이저를 방사함으로써, 모발 손상을 예방하고 찰랑거리고 건강한 모발로 유지시키고, 열전소자에 의한 에너지 절감이 가능하며, 레이저에 의해 모발 건조와 함께 발모 촉진으로 별도의 모발관리기를 사용할 필요가 없는 레이저 모발관리기에 관한 것이다.이를 위해 본 발명은 내부에 공간이 형성된 메인 하우징(main housing)； 상기 메인 하우징의 일측에 구비되는 세컨 하우징(second housing)； 상기 메인 하우징의 상단에 장착되는 열전소자； 상기 메인 하우징의 일측 단부에 장착되는 레이저 고정부； 및 상기 레이저 고정부에 장착되는 복수개의 레이저 발생부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 모발관리기를 제공한다.
