The present invention provides a composition for preventing or treating hepatitis, hepatic fibrosis, and hepatic cirrhosis. Specifically, the present invention provides a fusion protein comprising a biologically active protein and an FGF21 mutant protein； and a pharmaceutical composition containing the fusion protein, which is effective for preventing or treating hepatitis, hepatic fibrosis, and hepatic cirrhosis. A pharmaceutical composition of the present invention has the effect of inhibiting proliferation of inflammatory cells and fibroblasts, and thus can be effectively used as a composition for preventing or treating hepatitis, hepatic fibrosis, and hepatic cirrhosis.La présente invention concerne une composition destinée à la prévention ou au traitement de l'hépatite, de la fibrose hépatique et de la cirrhose hépatique.
