The invention, through tyrosine kinase inhibitory activity evaluation and related experiments, confirms that these compounds have a good tyrosine kinase inhibitory activity, and can inhibit a variety of tumour cells, and it can be developed into drugs for preventing and treating tumorous diseases, especially resisting liver cancer, lung cancer and neuroblastoma.La présente invention concerne une substance possédant une activité inhibitrice des tyrosine kinases ainsi que son procédé de préparation et son utilisation, ladite substance étant un composé ayant la structure de formule générale (I) ou son isomère géométrique ou l'un de ses sels médicinaux. L'invention, par l'évaluation de l'activité inhibitrice des tyrosine kinases et des expériences associées, confirme que ce composé possède une bonne activité inhibitrice des tyrosine kinases et peut inhiber diverses cellules tumorales. Ladite substance peut donc être développée en médicaments pour la prévention et le traitement de maladies tumorales, spécialement un cancer du foie, un cancer du poumon et un neuroblastome résistants.
