The present invention relates to a food composition for preventing and improving diabetes using momordica charantia and corni fructus and, more particularly, to a food composition for preventing and improving diabetes by reducing a level of fasting blood glucose and improving glucose tolerance by using a mixture of momordica charantia and corni fructus. According to the present invention, the food composition for preventing and improving diabetes includes a mixed extract in which a corni fructus extract and a momordica charantia extract are mixed. In addition, the food composition for preventing and improving diabetes further includes mixed powder in which Jerusalem artichoke (Helianthus tuberosus L.) powder, corni fructus powder, and momordica charantia powder are mixed.본 발명은 여주 및 산수유를 이용한 당뇨 예방 및 개선용 식품 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 여주와 산수유의 혼합물을 이용하여 공복혈당을 감소시키고 내당능을 향상시켜 당뇨를 예방하고 개선시킬 수 있는 식품 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 당뇨 예방 및 개선용 식품 조성물은산수유 추출물과 여주 추출물이 혼합된 혼합추출물을 함유한다. 그리고 돼지감자 분말과 산수유 분말, 여주 분말이 혼합된 혼합분말을 더 함유한다.
