The film (1) has slots (3) formed in zones of seed in soil. The slots are opened and closed by lips in winding state of the film on a mandrel. The slots are opened by enlargement with tension zones connecting the slots without requiring forced passage of plants at time of growth and tearing. One of the slots allows the passage of a shoot of the plant, and other adjacent slots in the zone are opened to authorize and provide ventilation function around the receiving slot of the shoot. The tension zones between the open slots are formed by folds to tension the film by traction and rigidification.
