An incubator includes: a container； an exhaust fan and a damper which are provided at an upper surface of the container； heat exchangers which are disposed at two sides of a rear surface of the container opposite to the openable door at certain intervals and include a plurality of heat exchange members each including a thermoelectric element； and a circulation fan which is disposed in front of the heat exchange member of each of the heat exchangers and circulates air which is heat-exchanged by the heat exchange member. Accordingly, a temperature in an incubator may be adjusted so that there is no need for a mechanical room for adjusting a temperature and various facilities such as an air conditioning facility of a conventional large hatching facility, and heat-exchanged air may be uniformly and evenly circulated even to a plurality of trays which accommodate large amounts.
