PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide antibodies and antigen binding fragments thereof and cocktails of antibodies and antigen binding fragments that neutralize dengue virus infection without contributing to antibody-dependent enhancement of dengue virus infection.SOLUTION: Provided is a pharmaceutical composition comprising two or more human antibodies or antigen binding fragments thereof, wherein the antibodies or antigen binding fragments thereof neutralize dengue virus serotypes DENV-1, DENV-2, DENV-3, and DENV-4 by binding to at least two distinct epitopes on each dengue virus serotype and the antibodies do not contribute to antibody-dependent enhancement of dengue virus infection. Further provided are immortalized B cells that produce, and epitopes that bind to, such antibodies and antigen binding fragments.
