PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an earmuff heat-insulating device facilitating the length adjustment of a head band and, after the device is worn on ones own head part, surely fitting to the head part at an appropriate pressing force.SOLUTION: This earmuff heat-insulating device comprises an earmuff band member 10 formed into a band-like shape, and earmuff cup members 20 provided at the free ends of the earmuff band member 10, the earmuff cup member 20 being covered with a heat-insulating cover 30. The earmuff band member 10 has a main band body 101 and two sub band bodies 102, and both the band bodies are connected such that the mounting positions are adjustable in the length direction. A hinge shaft 200 is provided at a peripheral edge of the earmuff cup member 20 and a hinge shaft connecting ring 130 is provided at the tip end of the sub band body 102. The hinge shaft 200 is inserted into the hinge shaft connecting ring 130 to rotationally connect the both.
