PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide sanitary shorts which allow a wearer to attach a sanitary napkin on the shorts in such a condition that the shorts fits the wearer appropriately.
SOLUTION: The body 1A of the shorts is formed by joining a front part 2, a back part 3 and a crotch member 4 located between them. A sanitary napkin 5 is arranged on the crotch member 4. A joint part 6a of the front part 2 and the crotch member 4 extends in the width direction of the body 1A of the shorts. A grip part 7 for extending the crotch member 4 from the back part 3 to the front part 2 is connected to a connecting part 8 extending parallel to the joining part 6a.
