The instant invention refers to an antibacterial peptide with all aminoacids in D-configuration, possessing strong antimicrobial activity against Gram-negative and Gram-positive bacteria and Candida strains. The peptide can be in linear form or multimerised on a skeleton of polyacrylamide, of dextrane units or on a skeleton of ethylene glycol units. The peptide is resistant to proteolysis especially when synthesized in the tetra-branched form where identical peptide sequences are linked together by an appropriate molecular scaffold.Cette invention concerne un peptide antibactérien dont tous les acides aminés sont en configuration D, possédant une forte activité antimicrobienne contre les bactéries à Gram négatif et à Gram positif et les souches de Candida. Le peptide peut être sous forme linéaire ou multimérisée sur un squelette polyacrylamide, à motifs dextrane ou sur un squelette à motifs éthylène glycol. Le peptide selon linvention résiste à la protéolyse, notamment quand il est synthétisé sous sa forme tétrabranchée où les séquences peptidiques identiques sont liées ensemble par un échafaudage moléculaire approprié.
