Linvention porte, en outre, sur un dispositif destiné à adapter la rugosité superficielle dun os, ledit dispositif comprenant les éléments suivants : un corps pourvu dune pointe percutante au niveau de son extrémité distale, ledit corps ou ladite pointe percutante étant fixé amovible à un manche et un moyen permettant danimer dun mouvement de va-et-vient la pointe percutante, ladite pointe percutante étant conçue pour conférer une rugosité de surface similaire à celle dune surface de fracture osseuse.
