Minute heavy metals and agricultural chemicals remain in the harvested ginseng due to scattered agricultural chemicals while perennial ginseng is grown. According to the present invention, when the harvested ginseng is steamed to prepare red ginseng, the ginseng is immersed and steamed in a gold solution in order to neutralize the heavy metals and agricultural chemicals remaining in the ginseng. Therefore, the method of the present invention can add a medical reaction of gold while neutralizing the remaining heavy metals and agricultural chemicals, thereby improving the ginseng efficacy. The method of the present invention comprises: a ginseng selecting, washing, and cleaning process of selecting, washing, and cleaning ginseng; an aqueous gold solution immersion process of immersing the resultant ginseng in an aqueous gold solution containing 100g of a gold powder in 150l of water for 30 minutes; a ginseng steaming process of steaming the resultant ginseng with steam, which is obtained by mixing 20l of water and 20l of an aqueous gold solution at 1:1 and maintained at a temperature of 94°;C, for 3 hours and 30 minutes in a ginseng steamer; an aqueous gold solution spraying and coating process of spraying and coating an aqueous gold solution, which is obtained by mixing 50g of a gold powder with 4l of distilled water, on a surface of the resultant red ginseng; and a drying process of drying the resultant red ginseng at a temperature of 70°;C until the moisture of the red ginseng is 14% in a vacuum drier.본 발명은 다년생 인삼을 재배하면서 살포하는 농약으로 인하여 수확된 인삼에는 미세한 중금속과 농약이 잔존하고 있고 수확된 인삼을 증숙하여 홍삼을 제조하면서 인삼에 잔류하는 중금속과 농약 성분을 중화시키기 위하여 금 용액에 인삼을 침지와 증숙시켜 제조하므로 잔존하는 중금속과 농약성분을 중화시켜 홍삼의 효능에 금의 약리작용을 추가하여 홍삼의 효능을 향상시킬 수 있는 제조방법에 관한 것으로 인삼을 선별하여 세척과 세미하는 인삼 선별,세척 및 세미공정과,상기 공정을 통과한 인삼을 물 150ℓ에 금 분말 100g을 혼합한 금 수용액에 30분간 침지하는 금 수용액 침지공정과,상기 공정을 통과한 인삼을 증삼기에서 물 20ℓ에 금 수용액 20ℓ를 1:1로 혼합하여 인삼을 94℃의 온도를 유지하는 수증기로 3시간 30분 동안 증숙시키는 증삼공정과,상기 공정을 통과한 홍삼의 표피에 증류수 4ℓ에 금 분말을 50g으로 혼합한 금 수용액을 분
