PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To soak harvested agricultural products in hot water without performing a transfer operation and to effectively prevent a soaking paddy field boat to be soaked and agricultural products from floating up because of buoyancy.SOLUTION: A soaking paddy field boat 10 is laid on top of a paddy field boat T used in harvesting seed lotus roots R as agricultural products, and the seed lotus roots R harvested are stored in the soaking paddy field boat 10. After harvesting, the soaking paddy field boat 10 is separated from the paddy field boat T, and the soaking paddy field boat 10 storing the seed lotus roots R is placed on a placement stand 12. The seed lotus roots R stored in the soaking paddy field boat 10 are resiliently held by a net 18 and a spring 19 having a hook 19a, and the soaking paddy field boat 10 placed on placement boards 15a, 15b is held in a state in which a guide rail 17 keeps it from floating up. In this way when the seed lotus roots R are soaked in hot water in a soaking tank 1, the soaking paddy field boat 10 and the seed lotus roots R are kept from floating up because of buoyancy.【課題】移し変え作業を行うことなく、収穫した農作物を温湯に浸漬可能であるとともに、浸漬する浸漬用田舟と農作物の浮力による浮き上がりを効果的に防止できるようにする。【解決手段】農作物としての種レンコンＲの収穫時に使用する田舟Ｔに浸漬用田舟１０を重ね、収穫した種レンコンＲを浸漬用田舟１０に収納する。収穫後、浸漬用田舟１０を田舟Ｔから離して種レンコンＲを収納した浸漬用田舟１０を載置台１２に載置する。浸漬用田舟１０に収納した種レンコンＲは、ネット１８とフック１９ａ付きスプリング１９によって弾性的に保持され、載置板１５ａ，１５ｂに載置した浸漬用田舟１０はガイドレール１７によって浮き上がりを抑えた状態で保持される。これにより、浸漬槽１内の温湯に種レンコンＲを浸漬した際、浮力による浸漬用田舟１０及び種レンコンＲの浮き上がりが抑えられる。【選択図】図３
