A self-gripping mesh implant comprises two layers, a top layer and a bottom layer, wherein the top side is configured as a mesh layer based on titanium thread, and the bottom side consists of a layer made of bioresorbable polymers, wherein the titanium thread is configured with a contoured surface. The technical result is more effective gripping of the implant in the surgical site, increased plasticity and reduced risk of thread breakage in the implant, a simplified and reliable gripping procedure, uniform gripping of the entire implant surface to the tissues of the operative wound, and a reduction in operating time, which reduces the volume of anaesthetic required and the surgical injury rate, thus reducing the number of complications.L'invention concerne les domaines de la médecine et des équipements médicaux et vise une amélioration des endoprothèses maillées techniques pour hérnioplasie. L'endoprothèse maillée à fixation autonome est constituée de deux couches, une supérieure et une inférieure, la couche supérieure comportant une couche en filet à base de fil de titane et la couche inférieure comportant une couche en polymères biorésorbable, la surface du fil de titane étant en relief.
