PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sphygmomanometer which can prevent the positional slippage of the body to a to-be-measured area at the time of fitting while being a sphygmomanometer having a foldable type cuff for blood pressure measurement which is wound around the to-be-measured area, and the body which is integrally attached to the cuff.SOLUTION: A cuff 20 includes: a first section 21 which extends from one end section of a body 10 to the outside in the circumferential direction of the cuff a second section 22 which goes along the body 10 and a third section 23 which extends from the other end section of the body 10 to the outside. On the outer peripheral surface of the first section 21, a ring 80 which substantially has an oval shape is attached. On the outer peripheral surface of a directly proximal section which is closer to the body in the third section 23, a hook-and-loop fastener 70 is attached.
