A structure of a rope/band fastener with detachment-preventing function includes a movable circular latch arranged between a fastener base and a fastener cover. The movable circular latch is provided with an indication push-block. The movable circular latch is also provided, on the bottom side thereof, with a return spring. The return spring has an end supported on the movable circular latch and an opposite end supported on the fastener base so that an opening/closing block in the front end of the movable circular latch is positioned against a limiting block of the fastener base to have a fastening trough of the fastener forming an enclosed space. A buckle ring provided on a pet neck collar is retained in the fastener trough so that a leash coupled to the buckle ring may control the movement of a dog.
