The present invention relates to a light irradiator for elevating deep body temperature in which light is not directly reached to a user and the light is reached through a transmissive plate containing a fluid. The light irradiator for elevating deep body temperature comprises: a main body having a receiving portion formed therein and including a seating portion formed under the receiving portion； a light irradiation unit disposed below the seating portion at a predetermined distance and having a plurality of light irradiation lamps； and a transmissive plate disposed between the seating portion and the light irradiation unit, wherein the fluid is accommodated therein.
