The ring-shaped reinforcer (4) is connected to the balancing ring body (2) via a connecting structure. The connecting structure is provided with the plurality of water discharge openings (5). Further disclosed is a washing machine inner drum provided with the balancing ring. The balancing ring is installed on a loading opening of a drum body (1). The ring-shaped reinforcer (4) is fixedly connected to a top portion of the drum body (1). The drum body (1) and a drum base (3) are both sealed structures.
