The present invention provides a hydrophobic polymer compound, which is able to inhibit both the blood clotting reactions of the primary hemostasis stage concerns with blood platelet and the coagulation thrombus forming stage concerns with blood coagulation factor, and is also able to immobilize to the surface of medical devices or medical supplies at a state of anticoagulant activity maintained. That is, the present invention is to provide a hydrophobic polymer compound, which combines polymer compound that inhibits blood platelet adhesion and compound that inhibits the blood clotting reaction.本發明提供一種疏水性高分子化合物，其在血小板所參與之一次止血階段與血液凝固因子所參與之凝固血栓形成階段中，可阻礙雙方之血液凝固反應，並能在醫療器材或者醫療材料之表面，以保持抗血液凝固活性之狀態堅固地固定化。亦即，本發明係提供阻礙血小板黏附之高分子化合物與阻礙血液凝固反應之化合物所結合之疏水性高分子化合物。
