PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intubation assistance instrument, an intubation assistance apparatus, and intubation assistance system by which the exchange operation of the intubation tubes having different outer diameters can be rapidly carried out.
SOLUTION: The intubation assistance instrument 3 includes: an elongated assistance instrument body 4 to be inserted into a target site of a patient from a mouth cavity or a nasal cavity of the patient guide members 8 detachably attached to the assistance instrument body 4, the guide member having a guide portion 82 capable of guiding the intubation tube to the target site when the intubation tube is intubated into the target site of the patient and a lock mechanism 9 that locks one guide member 8 to the assistance instrument body 4. The plurality of guide members 8 having guide portions 82 each having different shapes and sizes corresponding to the outer diameters of the intubation tubes to be inserted into the guide portions, and one of the plurality of guide members 8 is selected, and the selected guide member is attached to the assistance instrument body 4.
