PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cheese-like food which is a cheese food comprising 20-60 wt.% with respect to the total amount of raw material natural cheese which can be supplied at a lower cost than a process cheese or a food whose main raw material is milk or the like, and is imparted with an excellent cheese taste and excellent stretchabilities.

SOLUTION: Use of a raw material natural cheese with a maturity index of 15% or less imparts excellent cheese taste and excellent stretchabilities even in the case of a food comprising 20-60 wt.% with respect to the total amount of the raw material natural cheese or a food whose main raw material is milk or the like.
