The complex further contains 0.0001-30 weight% of cholesterol. The pseudoceramide is denoted by one selected from chemical formulas 1 to 6. The weight ratio of pseudoceramide and stearic acid is 1:1, and pseudoceramide and cholesterol is 1:0.5. The skin external composition contains 0.01-40 weight% of the pseudoceramide complex.
